Rosenthal Meat Science & Technology Center
The Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center (RMSTC) has served as the home of the Texas A&M Meat Science program since 1983. Featuring a multi-species harvesting facility including receiving and holding pens, four large meat coolers, a processing/fabrication area, two cutting rooms, three smokehouses, a meat packaging area, and a full-service meat retail area featuring a variety of meat and dairy products, RMSTC is the most comprehensive facility of its kind in the USA.

Where to find us
Conveniently located on the Texas A&M University campus at 488 Olsen Blvd., the RMSTC retail area is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m*. Additionally, all products are available to be shipped nationwide via our E-commerce store.
