Professional Summary

Howdy! My name is Davis Nix, and I’m originally from Tolar, Texas, where I grew up showing American influenced show steers raised by my family. I’m a junior Animal Science – Production major, a member of the 2025 Meat Judging Team, and previously competed on the 2024 Wool Judging Team. This year I will be serving as President of Animal Science Ambassadors along with being a College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Ambassador, COALS Council member, MSTA member, TAMU Farm Bureau member, and Saddle and Sirloin member.
