Join the Texas A&M Meat Judging Team at the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Meat Judging Camp, a 2 ½ day program dedicated to teaching sponsors and students the fundamentals of evaluation, selection, and grading of beef, pork, and lamb carcasses and cuts.
*This year, campers will be housed on campus in one of Texas A&M’s residence halls. Students are required to bring their own bedding materials, including a pillow, mattress cover, sheets, sleeping bag or blankets, and towels. Campers will share a bathroom with others in their dorm suite. Please plan to drop off luggage at the assigned residence hall prior to arrival at Rosenthal for the start of camp.*
