Texas A&M Animal Science competitive teams continued a successful spring season with national championships, reserve national titles and top finishes across regional and national competition. Students represented the department in rodeo, livestock judging, ranch horse, horse judging, meat animal evaluation and dairy challenge events, earning honors in Texas, South Dakota, Alberta, Canada, and beyond while continuing a tradition of excellence for Texas A&M Animal Science.

Texas Aggie Rodeo Team

The Texas Aggie Rodeo Team continued a strong spring season with standout performances at rodeos hosted by East Texas A&M, Trinity Valley Community College, Hill College and Wharton County Junior College. The Aggie women earned multiple team championships and secured the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Southern Region Women’s Team title to qualify for the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming.
