Howdy! My name is Tracer Rice, and I will be serving as the Programs and Recruitment Chair for Animal Science Ambassadors this year! I am going into my Junior year here at Texas A&M and am from McGregor. I grew up showing marketing goats and also showed market swine through FFA. I served as an area officer and Texas FFA Ford Leadership Scholar where I deepened my passion for advocating for the agricultural industry. I hope to one day work in agricultural programming and lobbying to continue to share the importance of agriculture. This year, I am excited to continue to connect with prospective students through tours and overviews and help current students get connected within their department.
