The Department of Animal Science competitive teams have been hard at work this May. This month’s update features highlights from the Texas A&M Rodeo Team. We are also proud to announce that three rodeo team members will be competing in the College National Finals Rodeo.

Texas A&M Rodeo Team

The Texas A&M Rodeo Team competed at the Hill College Rodeo on April 25–26, 2025, in Hillsboro. The team placed in multiple events, including Reserve Champion in goat tying and All-Around Cowgirl. Three athletes also qualified for the 2025 College National Finals Rodeo, which will be held in Casper, Wyoming, June 15–21. We wish them the best of luck as they represent Texas A&M University.
