Ray Riley ’79 ’81 Endowed Opportunity Award established to inspire future generations
Gift honors Riley’s legacy of leadership and commitment to the Aggie spirit
The Ray Riley ’79 ’81 Endowed Opportunity Award has been established through the Texas A&M Foundation as a lasting tribute to the impact and leadership of Ray Riley.
On Friday, October 10 members of the Texas A&M Foundation surprised Riley in ANSC 117: Texas Barbecue, with the announcement of the gift.
Each year, the endowment will provide support for an incoming freshman in the Texas A&M University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, ensuring that Riley’s legacy of excellence, mentorship and dedication to the Aggie spirit continues to shape future generations.
Through the generosity of donors, this award stands as a reminder of the enduring influence one individual can have on students and the university community.
