The Saddle & Sirloin Club is hosting a series of events during the 2013 Parents’ Weekend. The weekend promises to be full of great food and a lot of fun!

The schedule is as follows:

Friday, April 12
Little Southwestern – 3 p.m. at Pearce Pavilion
Parents’ Weekend BBQ Cook-off – 3 p.m. at Pearce Pavilion

Ham Auction – Immediately following the Little Southwestern at Pearce Pavilion

Saturday, April 13
Spring Awards Banquet – 6 p.m. at Brazos County Expo Center

The Little Southwestern is a showmanship competition for undergraduate students and includes cattle, hogs, sheep, goats and horses. The competition will begin on Friday and conclude with results for overall winners for all species.

The weekend is concluded with the annual Spring Banquet honoring members and judging teams that have excelled during the year. Tickets are $10 per person and will include a delicious dinner.
