The Animal Science Extension Unit received the 2006 Superior Service Award for excellence in unit management and outreach, utilizing banner programs and multiple delivery methods to benefit Texas livestock producers, youth and consumers at the 2007 Texas A&M Agriculture Conference held in January. The award is given annually to one unit within Texas A&M Agriculture.
