Texas A&M University Horse Sale

The Department of Animal Science Horse Center at Texas A&M University supports the teaching, research and extension efforts of the faculty and students within the Department of Animal Science. The Horse Center breeds and sells horses throughout Texas, giving students a hands-on approach to the horse industry from breeding to management to marketing.

Each year, the Horse Sale features product of years of selective breeding for athletic performance horses and features some of the most prominent and popular performance bloodlines in the industry today. Many of these horses have been trained and handled extensively by students in basic horse training and advanced stock horse training classes.

Individuals are invited to visit the Horse Center to view horses.
